1. Per computer problem / estimate - Once you explained your problem we will quote you a binding estimate. (The minimum estimate is $35) Once agreed upon we remotely connect to you, you prepay and then we fix the computer issue.
2. Remote / Screensharing tech support costs $65 per hour.
3. Onsite tech support is charged at a rate of $95 per hour.
4. Pick up and fix my PC - tech support is charged at $65 per hour plus $50 pickup. (Only in the following states VA,MD,DC)
5. Server per incident support is charged at $250.
6. Windows Forms Programming C#: $80 per hour, $700 prepay for 10 hours, $2400 prepay for 40 hours
